explode
I get tons of these every day:
"I started thinking today of all the ways that someone could make my
life complete, and I ran out of space when I tried to fit it on just one
sheet.I am sitting alone in my room, sitting in front of my computer,my
hands on the keyboard, poundering of what to writw when i came across
your profile.Am amazed that a woman as beautiful and grounded like you
can be on a dating site,am sure all the men on this site would be after
you.Sincerely speaking If i was ask to comment about you,"i will tell
the world that you are one of the angels that came down from heaven into
this world in the form of a human being"..Am not saying this to flater
you,but i want you to know that this is just the truth.Am sure God takes
is time to build you specially.

When i finish reading through your profile,i realised we had most things
in common. This was the main reason why i think we should get to know
more about each other personalities and other things about us.B'cos am
on this site to search for my true love, the queen of my life.Am looking
for a passionate woman who will love me completely,i dont play head
games.Am very funny, and serious when i should be.I love having witty
conversation,i try to luagh always b'cos it keeps me fresh and young.

If you dont mins,i would proposed that we get to know more about each
other.See what comes out from our communication,am sure we will make a
good match if we are willing to be honest and trust worthy to each
other.Tell me more about yourself and why you are on this site.I need a
woman who will love me for me,have a nice day.I hope to read from you
soon...

Smiling,
Michael... "
Yeah, sounds like an all-American guy named "Mike."
What I want to know is, what do these people gain by sending these out
en masse? What is the scam?

and it's EXTRA annoying because they have all these grammatical errors
because it's obvious they don't speak english as their primary language.

i get these a lot

especially one's with the "fallen angel" tid bit.

very annoying

grumble

but sometimes they make me laugh cause i'm just like..."are you
serious?" laugh

I think that they think we are sooooooooo love sick- that they

can get to us- and adventually whatever they are scamming for-

they will ask for...they play on our feelings. They must think

we are pretty stupid- aye? The reason they send it out in masses

is due to the odds that someone may just fall for it...

They are'nt human thats for sure. People who go about life using

others and hurting are the worst kind of life form I can think

of... explode explode explode

Did someone call for an idiot?

I don't think it is one individual person trying to trick someone into a
"relationship." Obviously, it is someone who uses English as a second
language ("I would proposed. . .if I was ask to comment about you. . .I
hope to read from you soon"). It's not just the spelling and
punctuation, it's the grammar and sentence structure. This was written
by some foreigner running a scam.

they want you to cash checks or money orders for them
believe me they are only lookin for a woman to send these fake money
orders to they want you to cash them at your bank then send the cash by
western union do not accept any of this

i work real hard at tracking down these guys in the past 3 months i have
logged over 10 of them and they are put into a
file with the Fcc then tracked down and shut down
i have recived checks and money orders in the past 3 months worth over
5000 dollars that are fake, i turn this over to the local athorities and
it is then taken to the atorney generals
ofice in my state then the big guys take over and catch these guys
i have been tracking scammers for about a year now and i have seen some
pretty good cons out there dont believe it if it sounds to good to be
true
one big give away all these guys have is they always use pls in stead of
please i have seen it thousands of times
and the pls tells me every time who iam dealing with
any emails you get from guys like this should be deleted

Thanks, Lisa. Good job! They ought to qualify for prison on the
annoyance factor alone. Geez. I know I saw on TV a woman who thought she
was writing an american man, the guy who sent her the e-mail, and they
had in the audience the male model whose photo was used in the e-mail;
the scammers just took it off a model website. I do report these as spam
to myspace. I just was not sure what it was they really wanted.

It is crazy all the scams they have going these days. You would think
that with how well planned out these scams are they would at least learn
to use grammar and try to sound partially literate. Correspondence
should be the easy part of the scam not the clear give away
