Seriously, I think the bottom line on this debate is "So What". So what if they do get a nuke....they get to join the Mutual Assured Destruction Club. They won't be able to use them because they know if they do, they will be wiped off the map.

Some times I think some folks don't realize that People are people everywhere, and they are just as afraid of us as we are of them. All this blustering and nuclear power... they want it just to be in the same position we are. So they can call our bluff as easily as we can bluff theirs. I am not so sure I can blame them. It must be a very insecure feeling to know that you are at the mercy of one country.

Yes one idiot can push a button, but even people of one culture don't trust eachother enough to let one person have that much power. It's still a smaller percentage of people who want to die that bad, I think... I hope...

i totally agree with you. It would be world war 3 and the end of the world as we know it. Why shouldnt iran have nuclear capabilities ? I know because the region and their country are unstable but look at what has happened in the west this past year, are we any more stable than they are ?

As a side note, Iran does big business in Oil with China and Russia. Does anyone here really thing that those 2 will sit back while the U.S. bombs their provider putting them into an energy crisis?

Iran does not have nuclear weapons now we must make sure that they do not get them. War with them or anyone else should be avoided unless there is no alternative.

In WWII we, the allies, were fighting a four or five front war. What we did was put our resources into the weakest front and win there and move on. We didn’t try to win every where at once. No, I wasn’t
