What if he was watching the MTV awards with his children? He does have a family.

He was asked about it during the interview. He didn't bring it up first. The interviewer asked Obama if his daughters were as upset about it as the interviewer's daughters were.

Also....

"Obama's colorful remark was actually made in an off-the-record portion of the interview....."

Beyonce showed grace, but Im pretty sure it was something she had to do anyway.

i think it was planned

Probably... Like I said, overhyped. The best thing I've ever seen having Kanye's name attached was last seasons South Park episode about him. Now that was funny.

Yeah, I saw that episode. The Gay Fish joke. Too funny!

Kanye made a mistake (again). He was about as rude as the Senator was at the Presidents speech. Both have apologized, I hope everyone moves on....

As for Beyonce, from what I have read (even though I know printed words are about as reliable as nixon at a liars convention), she did the classy thing and immediately went looking for whats her face to check on her without being ASKED to by anyone. The network folks suggested giving Beyonces time to whats her face and the rest is history.

As for Obama,,shame on him for being human and having opinions (thats sarcasm), IF he even said it.

Funny that off the record comments cant really be proven and are usually posted for only one day before disappearing forever. As a parent, however, I can understand if that was the Presidents sentiments. He is of my generation and seems to be very down to earth.

I think they are both Jackasses.
The wannabe gangster has the mouth and BHO has the ears to prove it.

"The incident is reminiscent of past "open-mic" incidents involving politicians. President Ronald Reagan, while waiting to make a speech in 1984, joked that he had outlawed the Soviet Union and that "the bombing begins in five minutes." During the 2000 presidential campaign, George W. Bush turned to running mate Dick Cheney to point out a reporter from The New York Times and used an obscenity to describe him."
