I've had a relationship with a Russian woman (back in my college days when I had more time and resources for relationships), and would do it again! (I like to think I've learned from the mistakes I made in the past )

I didn't have to pay for the woman I met (I met her at school), but my understanding is that a marriage agency or attorney specializing in foreign marriage/immigration can prevent this. I could be wrong, though. |
