I imagine there are several reasons why a so called "human"& I use the term quite loosely would commit such a despicable act.Fear,Panic,No Insurance on vehicle,Avoiding a bench warrant that is pending from another incident,etc.Sadly it is becoming more common where I live.Within me lies hope to remain an eternal optimist despite the surging waves of indecency & hopelessness.Godspeed!Cy ;)
