Ok I will admit it, I can not eat hot foods like jalepneos, hot sauce,
my throat feels like its on fire.....Im a wimp

I can't either Snuggles! Its TOO spicy. If I goto Taco bell I don't
use mild sauce cause its too hot for me. And I have to pack a roll of
TUMs where ever I go cause of that damn acid reflux disease.

I used to make a jalapeno sauce. But I was a teenager then and have
forgotten how or I'd make it again. It was good stuff.

snuggles--i don't want to give you the bad idea--ok--i use whiskey for
my bbq for tenderness of my ribeye steak and it always been the best--i
don't get any buzz or any thing of the likes--they are good for
tenderness


best thing to use whiskey is to melt butter [half the stick]--then once
the butter is melted--pour one shotglass of whiskey and stir--before you
paint the steaks---

btw--i usually add cayenne peppers to 'em--

What is beer up the butt chicken? I am always looking for good ways to

I avoid the hot sauces like the plague, but do eat mild salsa but like
the chunky kind (when my stomach is in a good mood).

I like ketchup, not big on mustard, ranch is okay, but if you can find
it, and it is hard anymore, but Hidden Valley makes a Dill dressing in
the packet that is just the best, better than ranch, mix it with cottage
cheese and dip in the veggies is the absolute best. Must not have been
a big seller because it is hard to find in the stores now.

Like Catalina salad dressing too.
Sweet and sour is good too.

Never tried the whiskey thing, don't know if I would like the flavor of
it or not, not a whiskey drinker.

There is a metal rack you buy to sit the chick straight up on the grill
(head facing up) and it holds a (opened) can of beer in the chickens
bum. It makes the juiciest, most tender, tastiest chicken!
