OMG SHUT UP! Raspberry sorbet is my favorite, especially Häagen-Dazs!

Sorbet is delicious but you an actually do a faux sorbet with just puree'd fruit. Especially in the summer when 'soft fruits' tend to get over-ripe. Just blend them up in a blender and freeze them in little 1/2C freezer cups. About 1/2 and hour thawing and they are AMAZING and are JUST FRUIT...no sugar, no fake sugar.
