Why is it just because im 21 years old people at my work are angry because im their boss? Yes I maybe be young enough to be one of their kids but I do a good job. I dont think my age should have anything to do with work, it should be based on my work performance am I not correct? I get so irritated! Please let me know your opinion. Thanks, Erika perhaps they are angry for other reasons, which you have yet to consider...? uhmmm, perhaps your not good at it? If you are a manager, and lots of your employees are angry with you - you may need to check your premises... it may have nothing to do with your age! Don't worry, experience is the best teacher in life...

Just keep it up!! Because your 21? Don't think so. I know a lot of young people in high positions over thier co workers Usually cause they are just better workers within the company Just keep it up!! |

Only time I ever resented a boss, younger, older, more priveleged, by nepotism, whatever.........only resented if they had an "I'm better than you" crapitude.
