I put together a desk and TV stand with drawers and hinges and everything. Took me two days, but I did it.

And I cannot drive east for two clicks, but I can turn left at Subway and then right at the first street on the right...

One time I built a model car, only to be told after I was done the model was actually a helicopter.

When ever I attempt assembling something I always have all those "extra" little parts.... are they just spares..?

 Nooooo, they are NOT spares! But it can get a lil confusing if the directions don't come with a diagram. I'm very mechanically inclined...& I'm very patient...besides, the job will get done sooner if I just do it the right way myself...winking

oh, that must be why my shelves wobble laugh

I am a North-South person. I can't remember the left-right directions, but I can picture the north-south directions in my head. It helps that I live in Kansas where almost everything is oriented north-south.

The guy I'm seeing, he uses a GPS.... I asked for directions to his house... he froze. He didn't even know the names of the streets. I laughed and laughed....

I can relate, in So Florida, most directions involve an exit from I-95 - ie: on the NorthEast corner of This and That Street. Took me some time but I mastered N/E/S/W

Just to mess with him, set the GPS to always head straight(not in direction you're heading) drives men crazy laugh

When I ask for or give directions there must be street names an landmarks. Don't give me the well u turn a mile down the road. Nope! Be precise. I'm really good at gettin out the atlas an navigatin the way I wanna go so yep purty good with drivin directions.

I've put together every piece of put together furniture in my house so yep good with them also. I put together my puter desk with nuthin but a picture so purty good at figurin out how something goes together with just a pic also.
