Wow. The most repetitive, dull song in history. I'm not a fan of any of the Seattle sound including Nirvana, but no 90's thread would be complete without it. Nirvana kicked @$$! |

They kinda caught my attention....... |

I've just always thought they were an extremely overrated band, maybe the second most overrated band in my lifetime. |

The 90's took alot of fun out of music. I did get to see Alice in Chains when they just busted out. They sounded awesome but it just wasn't a "show"..... |

I know more than a few will disagree, but I believe Kiss are the number one most overrated band of my lifetime. I understand they are professional showmen, but the music just sucks, at least to my ear. You'd think Gene Simmons would learn how to play the bass after almpst 40 years... |

Alanis Morissette - Ironic
She needs to be included on a 90's thread even though she scares me... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8v9yUVgrmPY |

I listen to Kiss very rarely. It wasn't so much about the music. They spit fire and blood. That's kinda cool when you are 10 with all the tree hugging hippy chit that was coming out at the time. You'll probably take a little crap but mine is Aerosmith..... |

You'll probably take a little crap but mine is Aerosmith..... I was big into the Who and Led Zeppelin when Kiss first came on the scene, not what you'd consider tree hugging hippy bands. As I said, I do appreciate the theatricality of the shows, but when you close your eyes and listen to the music it does kinda suck... I'm with you on Aerosmith. I've never been a fan. Perry is sloppy and way overrrated. The rhythm section is very simple and Tyler is a bit of a joke... |

Yeah. I never got exposed to that early. My folks listened to Johnny Cash and the likes. My older sister was singing "If I had a hammer".......
