i gave up back in '06 when me and my last girlfriend broke-up but i'm just now getting back into the dating scene just into older women in their late 20s now.

 Yes I have given up right now.I feel there isn't anyone who wants to date a woman with kids.They think it's to much drama and stress for them.I'm not here for my kids I'm here for me.So I'm single and not looking anymore.Just here for friends right now.

I thought about giving up after I had coffee with a Mingler and he was all positive and even called me and suggested another meeting and then ka-put. Nothing. It's his loss but too bad he wasted my time......"NEXT!"

I think I've given up..it's time for me to be selfish with my son and I, start living for us instead of someone who doesn't even want us. Giving up is good sometimes, though...you can learn more about who you are and what you like to do.

Give up? Heck no!
I've met more people on here in the past 5 days then I've met in the past year between being on the road for work (other end of the country) or relaxing at home :) I already have one date made for my next trip to Alberta in 2 weeks :) She may not be "the one", but at this point in time to me - friendships are far more important then finding Ms. Right. |
