this is a very quick and simply recipe
1 - 10 oz package fresh baby spinach 2- 11 oz cans mandarin oranges,drained 1/2 small jacama,peeled,julienned 1/3 cup almonds,slivered and toasted in small salad bowl, combine all ingredients and toss with a viaigrette dressing |

What is a jacama?

Jacama has the taste of a pototoe and a turnip they are well known in
south american dishes i'm not sure if they can be found here though |
