 I just purchased an iTouch this past weekend (I know, save the comments... I'm slow)...
BUT... I had to pay $9.95 to upgrade to 3.0, on a brand new device? GRRRR.... apple is becomming microsoft!!!!

Well, since OS-X is $125 I have to wonder when that happened since XP costs the same.
