Is a woman wearing a basque top/strapless dress considered dressed as inappropiate?

I dont think so, but if you add overpushed up cleavage.. yes.

Looks desperate, and like a prostitute.

Is a woman wearing a basque top/strapless dress considered dressed as inappropiate?

where's she heading? to work? to church? on date? shopping?

Id say dinner party, or cocktails. maybe a date.. not my favorite dress, but as far as decency, i dont see a problem with it.

In my opinion when a woman looks like she has no selfrespect she has crossed the line. So it's really not the clothes as much as the character of the woman. One might look good in one thing while another might look trashy in the same clothes. It's all about how she carries herself up to a point.

wasn't really sure where this topic was heading, were it me, I'd get a diff dress. This one is not too flattering regardless of where she's heading. (jmo)

Truthfully, I don't like the dress. It looks like someone threw it together. But it can be worn to an evening event. My opinion.

I don't like the dress either. Even the hemline is off.

So maybe it was not the best example, do you think she is showing too much cleavage?
