I used to own a Ornatis Monitor Lizard which looks like a Nile except that they have rings in rows down their back while regular Nile Monitors just have spots. To give you an idea how big my lizard was this pic is of a Mangrove Monitor but my SFB was almost as large. He was five and a half feet long.
he acted a lot like a dog except he was not "Perky" unless it was dinner time. Then again if I threw him a mouse he got REAL excited. More often then not women don't see any charm in big lizards. Their loss. This is an Ornatis monitor...

My dog likes to hump my dates, so he is NOT very helpful
My little guy used to get lots of attention--the kids used to love him!   I ADORE dogs and will stop just about anyone, but I've yet to get a date...

Wow, great lizard... grew up with a brother who was always bringing home snakes, lizards and anything else he could find.. Later in life I would go trapping with him and we would catch rattle snakes.. I caught a few lizards in Arizona and brought them home for the grandsons... |

Hummm well I have yet to get a date due to my dog but......I have had second thoughts on dating those that act like they don't like my dog.
Here is my baby if the guys don't take to her then there is not much chance of me taking to them....

Hummm I did read it for I read the whole thread first. I'm lucky to say I have not had that happened yet............But yeah I'm a bit partial to Sassy. But then again she is a very loving dog... And Robin I'm sure she thought that when I made her pose on the love seat she keep looking at me like okay any day now. Hummm or maybe she was telling me to hurry the hell up.....
