this may sound like a stupid question if someone is out of cell phone minutes can u still call them or not.

if they are out of minutes you will be unable to call them (that is if they are on a pre-paid plan)

i think you can on most plans but it might charge them an extra fee per minute which can really make their monthly bill skyrocket....????

A friend of mine goes on the prepaid plan when his minutes are up he can not receive calls or make them when the time is up it is up.

I never used to put any credit on my phone, i just had it for people to call me on. So it was effectively free.

i know mine if im out or go over i get charged a little but if they have free nights and weekends you can call them

with the cricket cell phone you have unlimited long distance, unlimited texting, unlimited min. and all you have to pay is $38 you can only call through usa and canada...
i used to have cingluar and i dont remember going over my min but with my sister she has tmoble (they stink) if your even one day late they shut you off |
