I've learned that I do not do well with younger guys or even guys my age... I need a little bit older for the mental and emotional maturity. At the same time I will not date someone who is close to my fathers age.... I think 10-15 years older would be my MAX.

After the age of consent, or eighteen for some anyway, do you believe that people should not outside of their age range? And if so, what is that range in your opinion? Most importantly, why do you believe the way you do? I think that when you are dealing with two people who are mature, there is no exact range, though of course some people don't want to date anyone too old or too young. I have dated much younger and I have dated much older.. Good and Bad about either. It's whats in their mind that matters. The main thing with older than me.. Can't keep up with me. I am a very active person. |

i never put that much weight on age difference and have dated guys 10 years my junior and about 15 my senior. if i think about my own daughters, however, and if 30-year-old guys were wanting to date them when they were 18, i'd think that they were either socially inept, or pedophiles. It's just a number and it completely depends on the person. One of my best friends (female) is only 27 and she is so mature that sometimes I forget how young she is. Until we start talking about music or movies.

Well, younger women are more inhibited and freaked out about an accidental pregnancy for one. I have no issue with teaching a woman who has not got the experience to know how to make that thing do its job! More often than not older women are easier to get to try new things, usually! There is nothing, and I do mean NOTHING (!!!) like sex all night long and waking up to a round to start the new day right! I have yet to have a younger GF that will do THAT! I sure hope to meet one that is! My perfect girl has devil's horns and an angel's halo and is OH SO GOOD at being bad, or at least naughty! Younger or older! The thing is I still do want to have kids eventually and older women have usually been there and done that while I have yet to do THAT at all. Honestly I could care less if she is 18 and me being 44 as long as both of us are happy together and make out mutual lives better! I guess that should sum things up nicely!
