I find if you scrub your spincter with a wire brush then rinse it with vinegar it should clean it out cloudy. Please send pictures of this. Lotromin- 3 to 5 times a day. And....don't tell everyone you have jock itch in your anus dude. There's usually only one way to contract it in there. People will start thinkin you're a pee pee puffer or worse.
