My two cents:

STOP THE SUE HAPPY CYCLE.

If you had an accident, why should anyone pay for you????????????????????????????

Thats right!! ***STOP THE SUE HAPPY CYCLE***
Then I will knock her off of it, So I can ride the happy cycle for a whilebigsmile

I got sued once, Over a heated bird bath that I invented.
the old lady said it kept killing the birds when they landed in it.
Shocking them to death...

But she lost her suit!!
Because she was not following the instructions.

She wasn't putting the rubber boots on the birds before she let them land in the bird bath.happy

(But at least none of them slipted out though)laugh

A couple of questions? How did you slip? Was something on the floor? Did the casino know about it yet fail or refuse to clean it up? Did you trip over something that was clearly a hazard? Those are the only reasons you would be able to sue the casino, you have to PROVE negligence on their part.

Here are questions they will ask you. Were you drinking? How much were you drinking? Were you on any kind of drug? Any prescription or over the counter medication? Were you paying attention to your surroundings? Do you have witnesses? Did you see a doctor? WHY NOT? Do you have photos and/or video? Do you have proof of your allegations that they were in some way negligent? Did you see a doctor? Why didn't you see a doctor? After a month, can you prove that your injuries are directly related to your alleged fall at the casino? Did you see a doctor? Why not?

Sweets, if you didn't see a doctor, you have no case. End of story. If you have no proof that it was the casino's negligence, you have no case. If they can show that you were in any way, shape or form contributory to your fall (i.e., even one drink), you have no case. You, at this point, have no proof you were even injured as you didn't see a doctor. After a month, there is no way of proving to anyone that your injuries are related to your fall or that they are severe enough to warrant a lawsuit.

My advice, see a doctor and suck it up. Lesson learned the hard way. You slipped, you fell down and went boom. It happens and it's not necessarily anyone's fault.

Welcome to the site.

In regarding to suing..... you had an accident at the casino, yes? You slipped and fell accidentally?
