I am new here so I am not certain if this is how or where you post a poem.... I have read some beautiful things written by so many members, I just wanted to add something of mine...

I needed a friend,
On whom I can depend,
A pleasure to meet,
None could compete.

A tall handsome man,
Took my heart cause he can
Longing to talk,
Holds my hand while we walk

A smile on his lips,
That I yearn to kiss,
The blue of his eyes,
Will be my demise...

His hugs safe and warm,
This man has such charm...
My dreams he would make.
If his heart I could take...

For always.
