It has been said that men prefer blonds because there is an innocent look to them. Understood, you would like us all to be virgins..good luck with that. I have noticed when I have gone out with my blond friends all eyes are on them.. is there any truth to this or is hair color just another preference? hair color doesn't matter as long as the carpet matches the drapes.... i like mine mismatched.  I dated a woman who was mismatched type of girl. It was a nice suprise, but I do agree, as long as the carpet matches the drapes, I am a happier person. i like dying my hair too much for that.

You really have a messed up perception of guys. I've seen you say some pretty ignorant stuff on these boards. I understand you may have a history with the male sex, but this is in no way based off of any kind of fact. Do I really need to provide a list of women of different hair colors that I find attractive to show you how much bullsh*t this is? Some guys like blond girls, some guys like innocent looking girls, some guys don't. Some guys like exotic looking women. Some guys don't. Some guys may like you, but I'm guessing from what I've seen from your attitude on a couple threads that most guys don't. But then again, I could be making a broad assumption based on next to nothing. There, see how much it sucks when people do it to you? =/ Who are you talking to?   None of my concern. Think I'll get my hand stamped and tiptoe on outta here for now and take my blonde locks with me. It was meant for the TS. I probably should've quoted her, but I figured that not quoting anyone would direct it towards her by default. Word............

Actually, it's more because of the stereotype of blondes being... well... ditzy. Some men out there equate being blonde/ditzy with being an easy mark. It didn't help to have such notable blondes as Marilyn Monroe and Mimi Van Doren flaunt their blonditude for the world to see, neither. |

it is weird though how differently you are treated as a woman, depending on your hair.....
Mine is naturally strawberry blonde....it's that red that bleaches in the sun...when it was just a la naturale and long....men would hit on me....with an almost predatory behaviour.. I dyed it dark brown, and suddenly was treated with caution.. I dyed it red, a deep auburn red, still long, and men kept inferring I was feisty... I shaved it off, and had men either scared crapless of me, or sleezing onto me...and women that preferred women paid amorous attention. I had it dreadlocked and long half way down my back...kind of a light brown/dark blonde...and everyone tried to score dope off me... It's short now and dark again, and I get left alone... it's friggin hair!!!! I am still the same person no matter what colour or length it is... |

My point is....you sure know IF Someone REALLY loves/cares about you when you cut your hair off!!! Or changes the colour.
