So, I was at my studio practicing, and went out to smoke a cigarette. I am seeing all these professional bands who are doing gigs everywhere, and in all honesty, I do look up to almost all of them.

All of a sudden the owner of the entire complex who rents out studio's had a conversation with me. (please keep in mind this was the practice of my new band, we have only been jamming just over a month now.

Owner: Are you the guys renting the hourly room and not the monthly room?

Me: yeah, what band are you in?

Owner: I own the place auctually.

Me: Well damn, want a cigarette?

Owner: Sure, thank you.

Me: So what brings you out here? I don't mean to sound rude and all but I was just curious?

Owner: I was just listening in, I have owned this complex for 5 years, and out of the bands who are practicing here, I must say, you guys are by far some of the best I have heard in my history at this complex. How long have you guys been together?

Me: A month or two at best.

Owner: (completley suprised) Holy ****, Keep practicing together, in six months to a year, I can almost guarntee you guys will get filthy rich big if I have anything to say about it.

Now don't get me wrong, I honestly don't like pattin myself on the back or anything like that, nor do I believe that he can get us filthy rich. But well, here's hopin?
