I confess that everything I worked for as far as losing a few lbs around the tummy may have gone out the window since last night I ate a gallon of butter pecan ice cream. But I did wash it down with a Diet Coke! Does that cancel out the ice cream?

Yes, of course it did you silly willy! After I eat a #5 from the Mexican restaurant I always have a big wedge of chocolate cake with a glass of milk. Milk has something for everybody and it washes down all the sugar. THINK, will you? |
