Well, you struck my curiosity as well and I had to try it.
Typing 'mingle1.com' in the address bar brought up what looks like an adult dating advice website called luv TV. And 'mingle.com' brought up a link page to various other dating sites. So I reckon there is no Mingle1. But Mingle2 has apparently set the standard for the word 'Mingle' to make the internet associate it with dating.

Well, you struck my curiosity as well and I had to try it. Typing 'mingle1.com' in the address bar brought up what looks like an adult dating advice website called luv TV.
