Wouldn't it depend on what part of the world you're clinging to? yes but if u know what time ur part of the world i can work it out.

Actually, the earth facing direction at midnight and 4am is the exact same for all time zones... Lets say you are in new your city, and it's midnight, thus New yourk city is facing exactly opposite the sun, thus the best viewing, and best debri penitration, same goes for Seattle, at midnight it's in the same position that new york was at midnight... get it?
