Co Habitation

Habit,my constitution, I come here everyday,
wondering if someone new will find their way
a new look, perspective.
You are here, perhaps doing the same
wondering if I will see you
for who you really are behind those
thoughts, those few chosen morsels.
Bared, open, behind the veil,
and I do see you. You, in love, again, still.
And I realize, I desire you, over and over,
in your simple complexity,
your unknowing,
wit and charm, the smooth
demeanor that takes me by surprise, again.
