How involved are you in the lives of your mingle friends?
I mean I have noones phone number or anything I only talk to them online. I don't give my number out either. Just scared I guess Do you feel you are to involved or not involved enough? Do some of your friends keep you involved and you feel trapped? Asking because some have asked for my number and I'm very hesitant. Should I be?

I never give out my number until I have talk to them for awhile.I have been told that I'm to cautious,but i don't care.rather be safe then sorry.

I talk to several from here ALL of the time. edit They are all women though

talking on the phone is an important step i've talked to a few people its interesting and fun

I have numbers to a few..I would like numbers to a few more..ive gotten very involved in some..not so much in others..it depends on their situation and circumstances. I've a few on here who to me now are just like my family.

Well I have a few numbers from those that are friends here and they have mine. Do I get involved with their lives nooooooooo. When we talk it's just everyday stuff just like you would with any other friend. Do I just give my # to anyone Hummmm not unless I have talked with them a few times here and have gotten to know them. Well except when I had a cookout at my house and it was with those on Mingle. Then I gave it out to all those that said they were coming in case they got lost.

There are two Mingle friends that have my number, and we keep in consistent contact.
Moofooga and I catch up and have lunch when I am in his area. 
I am visiting Washington DC in October and will meet up with two friends while I'm on vacation. I really appreciate the Mingle friends in my life, and I care for their health and happiness. |

The ones who have my number & I have theirs are my friends...the rest are just acquaintances... Some I talk to on a daily or weekly basis...others, I've only spoken a time or two. I think the phone brings it to a whole 'nother level & if they want to talk to me about their problems, I'll listen...but in the end, it's up to them to make the right (or wrong) decision...
 Most of the time, we're just giggling anyway...
