I'm always in stealth; not because I perv profiles, but because I don't figure it's relevant how long it's been since I've logged on. Or not.

I got a " WTF were you looking at my profile for?? " email a few months ago. Been in Stealth mode ever since. Getting rejected by someone I never even SAID anything to is just a bit ridiculous. lol So did I, JAG but he went on to yell at me for being on a dating site while I am in a relationship, nevermind the fact that this is where we met.......... oh, and if guys knew how many times I check out their profiles they would think I have gone crazy....

You should have told them to learn to read, "just friends" means just friends. People never fail to amaze me... |

Actually I use to use the Stealth Mode all the time due to being a Mod that way when I look at profiles it did not make them think it was due to something they did. But then decided to be seen for I look at profiles many times and it has nothing to do but being curious about the person themselves.
When someone says something in the forums that catches my attention many times I will look at their profile to see how old they are and read more about them. Nothing more then that.....

i'm not interested in anyone but one person romantically here, and the rest are friends, although i like to look at the profiles of the people i'm talking to, without them thinking that i'm possibly interested, so it saves hastle, and possible bad comments coming my way from invasion of privacy, when it's merely curiousity to who's making comments on the forums.... because they definitely are not interested in me either, or at least i hope they're not...... Invasion of privacy?? Hmmm...this is an online dating site and if no one looked at anyone else's profile what is the point of even having one? I read profiles, it is nice to know who you are exchanging comments with on the forums. apparently in my case, i guess so. many times. my appearance is rather unsettling to most, so i understand. i agree with you, but maybe some just don't want certain people to look. when i wasn't in stealth mode, before a year ago, i'd get very rude e-mails, like, do not visit my profile again, i'm not interested, you're not my type! you're ugly, go away! i'd e-mail back saying i wasn't interested, and i'm sorry i scared you. it won't happen again. |

I think it would be hilarious if they showed how many people of the SAME sex perved us... I believe that at least women perv women a lot more than you think...whether it's to check out the competition...or to simply see if a potential new friend has anything in common... I perv my girly friends all the time!

I think it would be hilarious if they showed how many people of the SAME sex perved us... I believe that at least women perv women a lot more than you think...whether it's to check out the competition...or to simply see if a potential new friend has anything in common... I perv my girly friends all the time!

I look at women to see how old they, where they live, know more about them when I read their posts.. Not to perv...women don't have the right plumbing for me. I look at men everyday, and lots of them. People fascinate me... |

Are you in stealth mode (where others don't know if you've viewed their profile), or do you like letting people know you've viewed their profile? i <3 stealth mode. now people cant see that i am online when i am ignoring their messages. and if i see someone interesting and i want them to know i perved em, i kick em in the butt. |
