How do you get over with these and what are the good remedies?
The one that works please..... |

If you are one who takes sleeping pills that is an option. I don't take anything like that. Valerian root is good, and also cammomile tea.
I have a couple cups of tea before I do my meditation, that always works. |

I find working odd hours and irregular sleep schedules really helps, but you prolly don't work the wacky hours I do, so it is of no use to you. But I've heard warm milk, valeria root, and/or shots of tequila work wonders!

Just wondering cause I don't drink milk... soy milk, I wonder it it would have the same effect. |

Sub-conscious reaction, nothing else. |

I've never had much jet lag. I guess the worst was from here to Hawaii. Only thing I did going and coming back was to try and stay up until bedtime and get on their time.

Just grin and bare it. I have worked nights for five years, its like being permanently jet-lagged. When you are tired sometimes you just have to get on with things. You catch up eventually.
