I tried to show my teeth regarding work, went so far as to call an attorney...I have no recourse under the law in the state where I live. Suck it up or find a new job. Easier said than done....

Let us say I am kicking tires on attorneys. The first one I seen said I do got a case especially since I got served a three day notice the day before rent is due. I got it right after I got home from speaking with my first attorney. I called him right back and told him about it. He flatly said I now can more than likely prove Constructive Eviction now. Granted it is a fix or quit but since they are violating my rights and my health I can get away with giving him the finger. I have a couple more attorneys to speak with before I find the right blood thirsty shark to go after him with! As it stands I am not paying rent either since I am moving out anyways. The sooner the better. Still...
