Dear diary, its a new day. It was raining hard this morning. It is tapering off but raining too hard to ride. Supposed to clear up and get cold. I'd rather ride in cold than wet and cold. So I will wait a bit. I have to be up in the cities at 9 am for my post incident urinalisis. I'm stuck having to drive 100 miles round trip for that this morning.

But I really did enjoy calling in sick at work. Sick of my bosses crap. My boss is such a crooked biotch liar. Ok? He told me that I couldn't go on vacation because we are shorthanded and I'm needed. And that there's a whole bunch of work- we are overburdoned with work. Lies. The truth? He pissed off another senior driver last week who just up and quit. And he couldn't cover his ownass for the driver that quit. I broke into my bosses office last night out of anger of his perpetual lies. Hmmmmmm overburdoned with work really means (upon digging through his paperwork) that my boss loaded 3 loads of stainless steel for delivery to that sheethole in chicago with that pipe material that injured me months back in harlem. And my boss promised to deliver them 2 weeks ago and when the customer called him asking WTF? He freaked out because he couldn't cover his ownass. Swamped with work? A big lie. 3 loads and caught with his pants down is not swamped. He just intended to use me to cover his ownass for his own mistakes. It was very sad. But nothing new. I think he's lucky I didn't cause bodily injury or harm to him for his lies. I'm on vacation.

Glad you're ok carebear. Under my circumstances while in surgery getting cut my blood pressure was 133 over 81. Doctor looked at me and said "I wish mine was like that". A bit abnormal but ok. Gypsy and I actually analyzed carebears screaming blood pressure. We determined its embolic. In other words- time to go easy on the mashed potaters and donuts brother. Your body is warning you. Time to try some new foods and see if you like them. Oatmeal in the morning with everything illegal, immoral, and fattening still lowered my cholesterol 20 pts in weeks. Low sodium soups and big meaty sandwiches with spinach and crazy salads with lots of spinach and blue cheese dressing brought my blood health on line very quickly. Something you might want to think about.

Its an unseasonable 58 degrees. Too cold to ride long distance. Hope it warms up a bit.
