Hi Carol :) Well Bry probably a good idea your in a smoke free building :) I gave it up but took a while to totally stop. It has been over 20 years now. I quit for 8 yrs and stared back...much harder to quit now...maybe just not the right mind set now...

My mom it has been 50 years she has been smoking now she having a real hard time with all her health problems too.
