hi music Hey Music! how are you? been to the gym? went out with a girlfriend and had lunch, mowed the lawn and have already been to the gym. Leftover lasagna and fresh green beans for dinner. yummy get to relax the rest of the night

[/quote thought yes....acted? not in a few years...39 years is like cutting off an arm..tried patches, gum, straws, water...even a butt jar, all at the same time. Made it 49 days once, some years ago, but thats about the extent of my success
