Ok so is it about a bigger female that attracts men twice her age or older? For once i would love to meet a guy that is in my age range that will accept me for who i am, body issues and all. And what is it about big women that turn a man off? I want to say that most men believe all over weight women eat their lives into oblivion. That is not the case a few if not most of us end up over weight due to genetics. Our families are over weight. I exercise regularly and eat right however i still can not shed the pounds. But i have some extraordinary qualities that others cant see because they focus on looks. Are there any guys out there who are up for a challenge?

Welcome to the site bell. There has been a few BBW threads where guys actually posted that they prefer BBW women.

My best advise to you is join the forums and be yourself and let people get to know you. You will meet some great friends here, and might even luck out with a date. Enjoy. flowerforyou

For every one person that complains they can't find a date because of weight...there is another 12 with the same issue finding dates left and right, me thinks it is not the weight...

I was at a "normal" weight for about 5 minutes in my teens, after months of eating about 300 calories a day. At my skinniest and at my biggest, I have never had an issue finding a date or a relationship. I have dated from the "hotties" to the "notties" (in some people's opinions).

I don't know what the issue is but I think one needs to look within to figure out the problem instead of trying look outward. flowerforyou

Me agrees. My friend Lisa is at least 300 lbs, and when we go out on the town, it doesn't matter WHO else is with us, SHE gets ALL the attention. PLUS, she's married to a super hottie.

Confidence. I gotta seriously make that a mantra in my head...

some men just aren't attracted to overweight women...just like some men aren't attracted to skinny women..it's preference and their choice, and the biggest thing.... their life.

Shows a lack of responsibility and care about your health. You don't realize how big America really is until you visit South Korea.

Women are beautiful no matter what their size or shape! If a man doesn't want you because you're too heavy or too skinny TO HE** WITH THEM....Don't let them waste YOUR time!

I've noticed bigger girls have more confidence than thinner girls, it's weird, but I think it's true.

oh honey it takes some people years and years and years and DECADES to get over weight.

thats why most of the time we get hit on by older men.

they gotta let that false pride go.

Sometimes. Sometimes it is caused by simple DNA -- bad metabolisms, and sometimes it's caused by depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, kids... the list goes on.

The Korea thing is a racial thing. Koreans are naturally smaller as a people. Look at the men especially from Norse backgrounds -- BIG guys. A lot of it is about family heritage, too.

Me, I used to think I had a terrible metabolism, but the more I thought about it, the more I realized it's actually pretty good. Five kids and cooking the way I do, I should be at LEAST 300 lbs, but I'm only 150.

Course, that means that for me, anything I need to lose is simply me being lazy.

I completely agree that SOME people have to be big by DNA and health reasons. People with heart conditions cannot exercise either, but it doesn't mean they can't control what they eat. However, most BIG people who must be BIG have less fat and more muscle.

America is the country with the biggest melting pot of people with all types of DNA's from around the world. I cannot accept that American DNA is the excuse for America being the heaviest country. It's due to over-eating in a land where food is easy to afford and access...

Agreed. It's not "American" DNA, at all, no. And the sad truth is, food that is bad for you is WAY cheaper and easier to store than food that is good for you. A lot of people are simply lazy and/or ignorant of how their bodies actually work, yes. And in America, kids are raised to eat the worst food, which their bodies get used to, so that when they grow up, their bodies don't feel nourished or fed when given anything lighter or better for them.

It's an epidemic, true. But I was blessed with a fairly good metabolism and a positive outlook on life, so I can't judge them. I don't know the reasons for their weight, after all.

I got fat from eating fattening crap, and pills that have an expectancy for you to gain weight.

Men still love me.

Youll be happy to be persuing men who are into you, not daydreaming about a superficial guy, so just find out first, dont put much into it.

Or consult a Dr about weight loss if it make you happy.

The price of organic food is outragous, like you said :)

And I still haven't figured out the anomaly for why good food doesn't taste as good as bad good for the majority. Even when children are young and unknowing, it takes effort to feed children vegetables.
Common sense would say that our bodies would crave the food that keeps it well balanced and reject the foods that are not so beneficial.

I suppose it's just another obstacle in life to teach us we can't be lazy and rely on our brains to dictate what is naturally good or bad, right or wrong
