My condolences Katie. I lost one of my c..katiels earlier this year and
then the other one died as well a few days later, from lonliness I
guess.
They live better as pairs. I have another now who like to sit on top of
my momitor when I'm on JSH

When I was a kid about 8, I had a hamster named chubs,
cause he ate a bunch and was plump,lol
he was my first pet and he lived for 4 years and went to school with me
sometimes all day and hung in my coat pocket, until one day he got out
and ran acrossed the classroom floor and the teacher screemed and I ran
and caught him, but I was told to take him back home at lunchtime and he
couldn't come back with me anymore,,,that was sad Then one day I
found him all stiff hanging out of his running wheel,,,it looked like he
broke his little neck,,,,so I had a funeral for him with music
and flowers and buried him in our back yard,,,,,
YES, true story,,and I NEVER got another hamster.

Seems a polar bear came out of nowhere, approaching some sled dogs.
After a tense stand-off, they began playing with each other!
Why can't us humans learn from this?

aww little hamster. My first pet was a white hamster named snowball.

He died on Easter when I was 7. I hoped maybe there would be a resurrection miracle, cos Im catholic, so I left him in a box in my room for a few days..

Well, guess he made it to hamster heaven cos he never arose.

my condolences. sorry about your loss. when i was little my pet gerbil died and i cried for about 3 weeks. but you arent a 12-year-old child, thus, you are probably handling it much more maturely im sure.

Im sorry 2 hear about ur loss. I lost my dog a couple of years ago and the pain is still intense but i know that he will always be watching over me.
