I was just looking at the schedule of events. What, exactly IS "Monkey Rock"??? ....monkey rock is a new venue 24 hour party venue. They bought out camel roadhouse and thunder alley after they went out of business. So picture a huge 4 mile parking lot full of big colloseum size tents with 24 hour entertainment for 10 days. They are trying to bring people from other venues and create a large draw of people. All their bands are TBA- to be announced. The other venues are scared monkey rock is going to bring in heavy hitter major acts and are preparing by offering ridiculous concerts. The buffalo chip has 5 bands on tuesday with cheech and chong playing till midnite and then billy squier from midnite until 5 am. Its just getting crazy.
