how'd you do it Gyps? I'm looking to lose a few myself... I have a special 3 day diet where you eat a certain way for 3 days and eat normal for 4. I can send it if you like. Its very strict and by day 3 you are gagging but if you have the willpower you can do it. Oh send it to me.. I'll see if I can do it... No cabbage right? Purple, I think I'd rather to today than 7:30 am, mornings are not my friend... No cabbage but lots of tuna and carrots......gaaaaaaaaaaaging!!! Lemme see if I can find it.
