my nephew drives those big things that carries cars. for Chrysler think.
they are different to drive ,,,they sway alot

He got really hurt one time. The auto lift let go and left him dangling .totally disconnected his shoulder and he had to have surgery twice. He was out of commission for a long time.
those trailers are dangerous ,, pins break in them all the time lots of stress on them

No Hurricanes here, I am glad about that. One of the dykes broke here once about 25 years ago. Water was everywhere and in some places up to 8 feet high.
where abouts do you live in cali

About one and a half hours southeast of downtown Los Angeles.
down by brawley .. in that area

Brawley is about 3 hours east from where I live. Downtown Palm Springs is 35 minutes from my home.

Yeah they must be a nightmare to drive.
But he has been doing it for years. He took me for a ride in his corvette once ..that was fun. But really low to the ground. I had a heck of a time getting out of that thing.

As long as I've lived here just went through one Hurricane last Year. The one in 83 I missed was a year I moved away. Was back the next.

Carold, I was wondering what happened to you....you been on the other side?happy

I was in one back in the 80's down at McAllen.

Last year, I had just set up for a rally in Lake Summerville when Ike was coming in....I got the heck out of Dodge!
I was all alone with my flash light and water in tub :) I lucked out had my electric back by 4 the next day. Some not so lucky. Had people coming by to charge up there cell phones and eat.

Next time you go to the lake will have to make plans :)
