I invited a friend to join this site. She cannot make comments or respond to forum. Can someone tell us if she is activated or not? or is she accepted here?

I just ran a search of her profile and it says she has been deactivated!
|

But why? she just join yesterday...

is she fit?
if she`s fit then she is accepted post in the help forum to get the atention of a site mod and tell them from me...... they smell |

That I am afraid I cannot tell you. It only says that she has been deactivated. Maybe one of the mods will read this and help you! Any mods reading this?

There was another post in the help section that referenced deactivation. I would tell your friend to reactivate (all she has to do is log in and select Reactivate profile), and if it happens again, post in the Help forum.

How can she be activated? I tried to convince her to join this site because I thought she would enjoy meeting people here
 . I am sad

She should log in and click the reactivate. That will activate her again. And, if it still gives her issues, post in the Help forum and someone can assist :)

I've asked her and she tried to login. There is no indication her profiel is deactivated. Where do you find the reactivate button? She can't locate it.... Moderator, please help.

Tell her to scroll down to settings. Then follow through.
|
