What kind of workouts do you do? I used to have a personal trainer. Now I'm trying to get back into a routine again. I've been trying to get into one all year long....
So I decided to tell my friends I'm taking a few weeks off from social things to try to get back into the habit. I've just done half an hour on the treadmill with the air conditioner off. (It's been cooler and I didn't want to run it) I think I'll take a break before the other half hour. |

I have not lately and really need to. I'd go to the Y and do the elliptical (too many l's?) for 30 minutes and then work my way around on some of the weight machines for my arms, legs and hiney Good for you for getting back to it!

i don't work out at all, but i do walk daily, probably somewhere between 5-10 km, sometimes carrying groceries back with me.
i much prefer to go ice skating, or cycling, or swimming, to any sort of regimented exercise. that seems too much like work and effort to me. |

Living downtown in the city isn't conductive to a lot of things. And the summers and winters are horrid here. The most comfortable time to go walking is 3:00 am in the summer. And that has it's own dangers.
