I'm sorry gypsy. Goes and hides under truck.
I don't feel good. Bye.
while your under there ...would you bolt the transfer case up for me ???
And if necessary ... measure the length of the driveshaft and see if it needs a centre hanger bearing as well ???
lol

tc, kyle
OR would it be easier to raise the body to change the angle of the SHAFT ?? DOH
that wont help...you have to add shim's to the axles to try to get the right angle.......
unless you want to spend the big buck's and get yourself some top loader axle's !
The angle also adjusts when the distance twixt the shaft output and the axle is shortened or lengthened. Another method is to adjust the tilt of the transfer, if the front drive link and the oil level allows it, and that will change the angle to the rear axle.
I'm not experienced...just speaking theoretically. |

I'm a screwup.

I only have experience with an old straight-six, in a Ford camper special...where there was room to pitch a tent while working on things.,,and a '59 Dodge, which also had a lot of wiggle room. I've been hanging loose, getting used to Arizona weather. It's a bit different than Alaska, and I sort of like this semi-desert stuff. |

sound's like your happy ......
