Well you can sure feel the global warming down here. This is on hot summer.

you have had some pretty cold Temps in winnipeg this July. yep,,still cool at night ,b ut they say august is going to be brutally hot Ha, ya'll don't know what HOT is... your heat is drier than ours ,, it can be very humid up here, thats what gets you ,not the heat Naaa.we have both here...most days it's 110 with 79 or more% come for a visit in the winter ,,,that will cool you down some ,,-40 does that lol That'd do it...we don't anywhere that cold here or anywhere in Texas. you might see a bit of snow in some parts ,,amarillo maybe but not that cold

either way hot or cold i guess its what you are use to Yes, it is... True, My brother would NEVER move back here......he went to school there after high scool in late 60's and never came back (guess he's a true Texan by now). He prefers the heat.

Come to Houston lot of Humidity we have the Gulf right here.

Thanks for your support....it's an uphill battle, but he's got the biggest smile you ever saw. He just turned 21 last Nov. so he signed POA to his sister after a meeting with his advocate and witnesses. Dropping a check off at lawyer tomorrow morning and with any luck he'll be able to come home soon.
