I shave for myself, i hate the hairy leg feeling, it would drive me nuts

I do everything I do for me and not a man... Of course in the summer I shave more b/c the legs are bare more but nails, hair, shaving, makeup, etc. are my normal routine so it doesn't change too much..  I don't ALWAYS do my hair and makeup but I do it most times. And it's not because of a man. It's because it makes me feel better and I like it. I'm girly that way. 
Me too.. On the weekends I don't do makeup or hair unless I'm going somewhere, b/c I'm usually cleaning or by the pool... 
I have a pool, right outside my front door( live in an apt.)

I ALWAYS shave my armpits no matter what. I do not like the idea of armpit hair sticking out when wearing sleeveless clothes.

Are you kidding? I shave for me. AND I take a razor, and tweezers whereever I go, because I dare not get caught funky by accident in a rush.

shaving legs regularly should be like wearing clean underwear. what if you're in a wreck and the paramedics hesitate because they're grossed out by all the hair and you die because of that tiny pause?

I was talking to one of my friends and mentioned I needed to shave my legs ( which I just did ) and my friend says " oh, you must have a date tonight"
I said no... I jut shave for me. Not that I personally enjoying shaving but I do like keeping myself up and I'm sure not gonna run around in shorts or capris without shaving my legs first. And she seemed really surprised. Apparently she only shaves when she has a date (right now she's living with her bf) or if he man says something. Tho she does agree that if she's gonna wear shorts or a dress, she does shave first. So my question is, how many women shave or do something for themselves without having to have a man as the reason? And men... how many of you dated women that when you started dating them, they always did stuff to make themselves look good... and then when you've been together for awhile, they just stop altogether?

In my next relationship I gonna make a point to keep up that "first date polightness" as well as stay groomed as if it was always our first date. Letting myself get too comfortable in past relationships was not something that ended them....but it didnt help.
I have to give credit to my ex's. All of them kept up their appearances. |

Shaving is a pain in the a**. Gotta be a bloody contortionist. Hate it but hell if I didn't I'd look like Grizzly Adams.

i think everyone should shave their proper area's...who the hell wants to keep spitting or pulling hair out of your teeth when you're trying to have some fun...lol.... sorry if that was inappropri"ate" but i am new to this site and wanna be razor sharp...no pun intended..please inform me if i cross the lne with my comments but i believe in speaking my mind and a little fun added to it never hurts...now i gotta figure out how to upload a picture
