I just found a computer here at the hospital to use.
Mother's health is fairly good, but I believe SHE just feels its time to quit feeling and being her older age now, The internal will to carry on is what drives us all to be. Hers is just tired and in pain from sculiosis, spelled wrong, sorry. her body has twisted and caused a constant strin on her organs and to even set up.
I and my family are trying to keep her in higher spirits, but when her eyes look to me to help her BE BETTER, it is the sadist eyes and love that I will ever see again. She is bed riden for the most part now and her strength is good and her body has a long time to sustain her, but it will all be in her mostly silent fear and pain.
I have always been her youngest, as she puts it her baby, she has always looked to me for her rescue, or to feel a bad time good. This time, I hide my tears and give her smiles and encouragement to try and to let her know she will get through this.
But in her eyes and my mind, she is ready to just lay down and let GOD call her home. I leave and go down to eat and to smoke, but both are through red eyes, and prayers to GOD to be merciful when he does call her. My most sadest thoughts is I am helpless to make her better yet I know in her mind she thinks I can.
I am giving more here than most would say, but it is because everyone needs to know what THEY will have to face with their parents if they live long enough.
I have two sisters and a brother coming here tomorrow to see her, and to help her feel better about living, but in their hearts I have told them I was not GOD and could not say she will last very much more.
Heavenly FATHER I PRAY to you today to help my mon with her want to go on, and please GOD help her to not suffer through her remaining life in this world, In the name of the Father,Son,and Holy Sprit I pray, Jesus I love you, Amen.

Terry prayers for you are being sais for the strength you need to see this through .I have witnessed this twice and it is not easy. There will be a peace that will settle into you when you realize that her pain is over .God give you the strength to maintain your love and to allow your mother to move on if God is calling .Peace brother !

Terry, you know I just went through this with dad in November, he made up his mind and it was over. She will make up her mind when she is tired and "ready to go home too."

Call when you want to talk. I don't have any words of wisdom. Just try to remember the good times and it will take time, lots of time. Take care of yourself.

To add some light, we watched about the last half hour of a movie lastnight, as we shared some ice cream. It was 'The Best Little Whorehouse In Texas', AND WHEN dOLLY SANG TO bERT HER i wILL aLWAYS lOVE yOU, i WATCHED HER EYES DEEPLY WATCHING AND THOUGHT HOW GREAT THIS MOMENT. Sorry for the mis-caps. When I stopped on the movie,(searching) she said, there's Gomer,lol,,so thats why we watched the rest,wink..She use to love to watch Gomer Pile USMC...
And I still will kid with her about the time we watched a movie called, 'Attack Of The Killer Tomato's', while watching it in her (only Mom's way) She said, "thats how tomato's sound to.
As one was eating up someone, I just cracked-up, and said MOM,,,,,Tomato's can't talk and "thats how they sound",lol,lol
She's a one-of-a-kind, but I love her so..It was a good night.

Terry.... My prayers are with you and your Mom. I know what it's like to be where you are today with her. I was right where you are today thinking my Mom was giving up. Your presence and the presence of others surely will comfort her and lift her. Wishing you the very best.

My prayers to you and your Mom. I just lost mine about a month ago. It's probably the hardest thing to get used to.

Ahhh, Marie, Thank you from mom and me..
My sis's and brother have come to boost her spirits and she's up, down, and we are still waiting to see a good chsnge in her abilities, or to keep declining.
I thank everyone here who other silently gave a prayer or who gave one on here, and any get well wishes for her..
