It doesn't mean anything to me.
I'd rather decide for myself if someone is 'down to earth' - 'loyal' - 'real' - 'hard working' or (fill in the blank). I try to stay away from projecting subjective text in my profile. I list what I like and what I don't like, and what I am looking for ... 
I recently added 'genuine' to my introduction but that may fly like a lead zeppelin!

To me it means someone who is in touch with reality. Dreams are great, but I don't live in them 24/7. Reality is, this is me and this is where I am. In pursuit of my dreams? you bet. But bills have to be paid and chores have to be done.
