What is this? I haven't seen anyone floating two feet off the ground. Well at least since I last took Mescaline 30+ years ago.

What it means is that everyone I've seen is down to earth. I've never observed anyone floating. I'm pretty sure I'd remember if I did.

Everyone I have met hasnt been down to earth. I think its a figure of speech there Mitch.
Many many people I meet are full of it, not very personable, dreamers, and not doers, not easy to talk to.. Yes, Id prefer down to earth people who are approachable. |

practical and realistic,
One would be- living within your means, realizing that you have to put in an honest 8 hours work for 8 hours pay. or don't expect to keep the job or to get promotions. That you have to pay the electric bill, cable bill, gas bill and so on.. if you wish to keep these services. You have to fill up the tank on the car to keep it going..Realistic!! If you cheat.. don't be surprised if your partner leaves you. If you are a drunk... don't expect to find a serious Christian as a life mate and so on. |
