there. how does he like being a navy dude surrounded by all those
leathernecks?

fallujah has been pretty much settled, even tho there is still a risk
there, he should be in good hands.

He did the actual combat medic thing 8yrs ago.
Second time for him, only made Kuwait last time.
Now called an Independant corpman, IDC for short.
Been the medic on a sub & going back there in 2 yrs.
Wants to go but will miss his wife & 2 kids.
I sent you his e-mail, Norfolk Va, Little Creek Amphib training
Base, running dependant out care clinic, till June 28.

sweet, i'll give him a hollar, maybe he can keep me up on my old
stomping grounds

I’ve taken my time to think about this……. Again.

First let me say I am thankful I live in a country of free speech. And I
will respect the fact that anyone can say whatever they want, even if
their opinion differs from mine.

My opinion of the war has nothing to do with my original post. My
intention was to remember ALL of our young service men and women(not the
politicians). I pray they will all walk off the plane when they get
home, and my prayers are stronger for those that come back disabled, or
carried off in caskets.

I Love my son and miss him dearly. I want nothing more for this war to
be over and have him home. I am a mother, first and foremost and he is a
proud Army soldier and I will support him.

And Fanta, I will pray that your grandchildren will not see war.

An open letter to Fanta and everyone else who, as is their right, oppose
the war in Iraq. I am a Navy Veteran who served during the Viet Nam
Conflict. I have 2 cousins and a nephew currently serving in Iraq. I
dont care to see all of our young men and women give their lives
unnecessarily, but, remember, if we dont finish this thing in Iraq as
unfortunate it is that we are there, then any other little scumbucket
arrogant nation who thinks we are pushovers will attempt what Iraq
tries. We lost many good and decent people on 911 and in Iraq, but until
we finish it up the way it needs to ve done, we, and you Fanta, need to
support and pray for our leaders to do the right thing.
