first there are little funny characters in the text. it would indicate
it is coming from out of States maybe, some foreign country? i am
guessing on this because when i get the funny characters, it is out of
country. then, whoever you do email business, send them a copy of your
email, and label it abuse. example, abuse@msn, or abuse@hotmail, if u
send them a copy of it, they will either label it abuse or hoax in a
reply back to you.
if it is a hoax, you need not bother because chances are the return
email address is bogus. if it is abuse, they are supposed to deal with
them. and aren't you lucky, because when you receive one, chances are
you will receive more, because they have your address.
