I'm having laproscopic surgery done on Aug. 6th and was wondering if anyone else has had it? I'm having a tubal ligation. How was your recovery? Pain?
 Anything else I should have concerns about?

Don't know anything about it, but hopefully all goes well for you and you come out as evil as you went in.

I haven't had one but all the people i know that have- really haven't had any problems- they say that the most painful thing is they expand your abdomen with air- and it is uncomfortable when your body gets rid of it.
a great friend of mine was up and partying in about a week- you'll be fine- best wishes to you-

kitten, have you considered the new essure process? it's supposedly less painful with less recovery.

I think thats the sweetest thing I have heard all day.  And unless they move from my tubes to my brain, I will come back the same kitten.

I have had it before to remove my gall bladder. I have 4 little scars, the pain was unbearable for me only because I can't take codeine. an the doc would not give me any more pain killers. took me about 2 weeks to get back on my feet with no pain.

I had mine the old fashioned way but my sister had it your way ..we were both up and around in no time....You'll be fine
