...depends on the cameras, location, and speed. I used to (never- not me- can't prove it) blow the speed lights in germany on the autobahn. At around 175 the picture is a blur. But the new red light whistleblower cameras are good in illinois. Catch your plate at 150. They have a double light that goes off. One is the camera flash. One is a high def blue illumination light. They have them at the tollbooths too. But as usual when we blow the illinois tollbooths and it takes a picture- it takes a really nice picture of my white license plate covered in shaving cream so you can't read it. Ooops! Wasn't me! Can't prove it! I know nothing! Ha ha ha! Isn't technology grand. Wave for the picture! Flash!
